The finer details of the Truffle Walk in Tuscany:

Tour starts: 9:00am, every day except Fridays and Saturdays, from June 1 through April 30.

Meeting point: You will receive location details of the truffle walk upon confirmation of booking.

Length: approximately 3 hours

Minimum participants required to confirm: 1-2 people

Maximum participants: 6 people*

Transport options: From Florence you may arrange your own taxi to the venue, a journey of approximately 25 minutes; those traveling with a car can drive directly there.

Weather: The tour itinerary may be altered or the tour cancelled in cases of wet weather. Please contact us for more information about alternative options.

Please note: Your host will meet you at 9:00am at a designated spot to begin your experience. After a brief introduction, he will lead you into the woods for the first two hours of the activity, concluding with a light lunch (about an hour) prepared in the truffle hunter's house or garden. The lunch will include focaccia, Tuscan bread with truffle oil, truffle shavings, tomato bruschetta, salad, pecorino cheese, gelato with truffle honey, and red wine to accompany the meal.

**Truffles found while on the hunt are not included in the cost of the activity. You may have the chance to purchase found truffles at the current market rate.
